Logistics and Guest Comfort in Cold Winters

Edmonton experiences harsh winters, which can significantly impact wedding logistics. With temperatures often dropping below freezing, it's vital to ensure that venues are well-heated and that guests are comfortable. Considerations include:

• Providing warm welcome drinks as guests arrive.
• Ensuring that the venue has adequate indoor space for mingling and waiting, should inclement weather arise.
• Arranging transportation options that minimize exposure to the cold, such as shuttle services to and from hotels.
